Times of war

-stake God's claims, proclaim His authority
-cry out to God for help
-rely on God for victory
-fight hard

Times of peace

-tear down strongholds
-build up defence
-seek God

Then will be victorious, country was at peace and the Lord will has given us rest on every side.
